Why We Created Forge

The world has never moved faster—or felt more overwhelming—for young people. At 12–14 years old, kids are navigating social pressures, digital noise, and academic demands that previous generations never faced. Technology connects them to everything, yet leaves many feeling disconnected from the confidence, grit, and self-awareness they need to thrive in high school—and beyond.

Forge was built to change that.

We believe the transition into adolescence shouldn’t mean losing yourself to screens, stress, or self-doubt. It should be a launchpad. That’s why we created a program that combines physical resilience and real-world life skills to help young men take control of their growth.

Here, campers don’t just “work out.” They train their bodies to build discipline, teamwork, and mental toughness. They learn systems to manage time, communicate clearly, and set goals that matter. They practice leading, problem-solving, and navigating challenges—both in the gym and beyond its walls.

Forge isn’t a camp. It’s a foundation.

A foundation of strength, self-belief, and practical tools to help them own their next chapter—no matter how fast the world spins.

Because today’s teens don’t need more distractions.
They need a forge—a place to shape who they’re becoming.
