Build upper-body strength with presses and other compound movements.11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Leadership Workshop
Role-play decision-making, resolve conflicts, and inspire peers.
Afternoon:
1:30–3:30 PM: Movie Outing @ University Mall Cinema
Analyze leadership lessons from the film and debate takeaways.
Pickup: 4:00 PM at GMU
Wednesday: Urban Adventure Challenge
Full Day:

Navigate the Metro, decode clues at landmarks, and problem-solve as a team.Skills tested: Communication, public transit mastery, critical thinking.
Lunch on the National Mall.
